How do you package vinyl records for shipping?
We use heavy-duty, corrugated cardboard mailers specifically designed for vinyl. Each record is reinforced with additional stiffeners to prevent corner dings and seam splits during transit.
What is your return policy for opened records?
We accept returns on defective or damaged items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that once the factory shrink-wrap is removed, we cannot accept returns for non-defective 'change of mind' reasons.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, SoundsLikeVinyl ships worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your shipment's progress.
Are the records you sell new or used?
We primarily specialize in brand-new, factory-sealed vinyl pressings. If an item is a rare vintage find or pre-owned, it will be clearly marked with a detailed grading description in the product listing.
