Pack Your Vinyl
Carefully place the record in its original specialized mailer with all inserts included to ensure it is protected from warping or cracking during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep your tracking receipt for reference.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned media for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
